These Terms govern your use of Workafy (the “Platform”). By using Workafy, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

## 1) Eligibility

You must provide accurate information and be legally eligible to use the Platform.

## 2) Accounts and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. Do not share OTPs or passwords.

## 3) Platform role

Workafy is a marketplace and hiring platform. We do not guarantee employment, interview calls, or hiring outcomes.

## 4) Job-seekers

You agree not to:

- Misrepresent your identity, experience, or credentials

- Post unlawful content or infringe third-party rights

- Harass recruiters or misuse contact information

Workafy may apply reasonable limits on applications to reduce spam and improve outcomes.

## 5) Recruiters/Companies

You agree to:

- Post accurate, lawful job listings

- Not ask candidates for money/fees or promote scams

- Use contact details only for legitimate hiring purposes

Workafy may hold or limit visibility of job posts for verification and safety review.

## 6) Prohibited content and conduct

No scams, impersonation, phishing, adult content, hate speech, unlawful discrimination, or illegal activities. We may remove content and suspend accounts.

## 7) Paid plans, credits, and expiry

Recruiter features may include quotas (job posts, profile views, contact unlocks, featured jobs). Credits expire at the end of the plan period unless stated otherwise.

## 8) Payments

Payments are processed via third-party gateways. If a payment succeeds but credits do not reflect, contact support with the transaction reference.

## 9) Intellectual property

Workafy and its logos, content, and software are protected. You may not copy or misuse them.

## 10) Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not provide warranties regarding uninterrupted access or outcomes.

## 11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Workafy will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

## 12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or abuse.

## 13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in New Delhi shall have jurisdiction.
