A profile view is counted when you open a candidate’s full profile (not just seeing them in the search list).

A contact unlock reveals candidate contact details (phone/email), only where the candidate has provided them.

Credits are valid for your plan period. Monthly credits expire monthly, quarterly expire quarterly, and annual expire after 12 months.
