No default rollover. Included recurring quotas reset monthly, including quarterly and annual plans.

Your plan activates after successful payment confirmation through the verified payment gateway webhook.

Yes. Unlock packs are available when your included quota is exhausted or when you need extra candidate contact unlocks.

No. Candidate accounts are free at launch. Premium candidate features should remain hidden behind feature flags.

A contact unlock reveals a candidate’s contact details (phone/email) where the candidate has provided them. An unlock is permanent for your organisation, so you are never charged twice for the same candidate.

Only published, live jobs use an active job slot. Draft, pending review, paused, expired, rejected and closed jobs do not use a slot.

No. All prices are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.

You can pay securely by UPI, debit or credit card, netbanking and wallets through our payment gateway.

Refunds and cancellations are handled under the Workafy Refund & Cancellation Policy. Recurring plans may auto-renew; one-time packs do not auto-renew.
