If you create an employer, recruiter, company, or agency account, your company name, job posts, business details, contact details, hiring requirements, and other information may be displayed on Workafy or shared with candidates and users relevant to your hiring activity.
You agree that any candidate data accessed through Workafy must be used only for legitimate hiring, recruitment, project, or professional opportunity purposes.
You must not sell, share, misuse, scrape, publish, spam, or commercially exploit candidate data outside the permitted use of Workafy.
