Job Description

Kaveri Software Solutions is hiring a Lead Technical Support Engineer for our Bengaluru, Karnataka team. This is a Part Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer technical queries over phone, chat and email
  • Troubleshoot software and network issues
  • Escalate complex issues to L2 teams
  • Maintain the knowledge base

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic knowledge of networking and operating systems
  • Willingness to work in rotational shifts
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Bengaluru preferred
