Job Description

Marina Bay Fintech Services is hiring a Senior Payments Operations Executive for our Chennai, Tamil Nadu team. This is a Freelance role (Remote / work from home) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle UPI, NEFT and card payment operations
  • Reconcile settlements and chargebacks
  • Resolve merchant payment queries
  • Prepare daily operations reports

Requirements:

  • Graduate with basic accounting knowledge
  • Good Excel skills
  • Willing to work in shifts
  • Reliable laptop and internet connection for remote work

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India
