About the Role

Marina Bay Fintech Services is hiring a Lead Payments Operations Executive for our Vadodara, Gujarat team. This is a Full Time role (Hybrid) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle UPI, NEFT and card payment operations
Reconcile settlements and chargebacks
Resolve merchant payment queries
Prepare daily operations reports

Requirements:

Graduate with basic accounting knowledge
Good Excel skills
Willing to work in shifts
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Vadodara preferred
