Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer queries via phone, email and chat
Resolve complaints and process refunds
Maintain CRM records
Escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

Good communication in English and Hindi
Basic computer skills
Freshers welcome
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred
