About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email and chat
  • Resolve complaints and process refunds
  • Maintain CRM records
  • Escalate issues when needed

Requirements:

  • Good communication in English and Hindi

  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred
