Pink City Tours & Hospitality is hiring a Guest Relations Executive for our Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra team. This is a Full Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay
  • Handle VIP arrivals and special requests
  • Collect guest feedback
  • Resolve complaints promptly

Requirements:

  • Hotel management graduate
  • Excellent English communication
  • Foreign language is a plus
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Navi Mumbai preferred
