Job Description

Pink City Tours & Hospitality is hiring a Lead Guest Relations Executive for our Jaipur, Rajasthan team. This is a Contract role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests and ensure a memorable stay
  • Handle VIP arrivals and special requests
  • Collect guest feedback
  • Resolve complaints promptly

Requirements:

  • Hotel management graduate
  • Excellent English communication
  • Foreign language is a plus
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Jaipur preferred

Location: Jaipur, Rajasthan, India
