Simple rules to keep your conversations with recruiters and candidates safe.
- Keep conversations on Workafy messages where possible, so there is a record if something goes wrong.
- Never share an OTP, UPI PIN, bank PIN, card details or passwords in a message.
- Do not open unknown links or install apps that someone sends you to "complete" a hiring process.
- Be careful with personal documents. Share them only when you trust the employer and the role is genuine.
- If a message is abusive, threatening or asks for money, stop replying and report the conversation.
Workafy never asks candidates to pay any fee to apply for jobs. Never share an OTP, UPI PIN or bank PIN with anyone. If someone asks, report it immediately.
