How to report suspicious activity

Report a suspicious job, company, recruiter, candidate or message to the Workafy team.

• Open Report an Issue from the Help & Safety Center, or use the report option on a job, company or message.
• Choose the issue type that best describes the problem.
• Describe what happened. Add the job link, company name or message details if you have them.
• Attach a screenshot if you have one (JPG, PNG, PDF, DOC or DOCX, 5 MB or less).
• Submit the report. You will get a ticket ID that you can use to follow up.

If someone asked you for money, an OTP, UPI PIN or bank PIN, tick the box on the report form so our team can review it first.
