Job Description

Charminar Digital Labs is hiring a Trainee Business Analyst for our Ranchi, Jharkhand team. This is a Full Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and document business requirements
  • Create user stories and process flows
  • Coordinate between clients and development teams
  • Support UAT and product demos

Requirements:

  • Experience writing BRDs and user stories
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Ranchi preferred
