Sabarmati Manufacturing Works is hiring a Plant Supervisor for our Mumbai, Maharashtra team. This is a Full Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise shop-floor workers and shifts
  • Ensure production targets and quality
  • Maintain discipline and safety
  • Report daily output to plant head

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.E. with supervisory experience
  • Good people management
  • Knowledge of Hindi and Gujarati
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai preferred
