Job Description

CyberCity Marketing Co is hiring a HR Executive for our Mohali, Punjab team. This is a Full Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment
  • Handle onboarding and employee records
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance
  • Support employee engagement activities

Requirements:

  • MBA HR or graduate with HR experience
  • Good communication skills
  • Knowledge of labour laws
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Mohali preferred
