Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment
Handle onboarding and employee records
Coordinate payroll inputs and attendance
Support employee engagement activities

Requirements:

MBA HR or graduate with HR experience
Good communication skills
Knowledge of labour laws
Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred
