Job Description

Marina Bay Fintech Services is hiring a Collections Executive for our Chennai, Tamil Nadu team. This is a Full Time role (On-site) and a great opportunity to grow your career with a fast-growing Indian company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers for overdue payments
  • Negotiate repayment plans
  • Maintain daily collection reports
  • Coordinate field visits

Requirements:

  • 12th pass or graduate
  • Good communication in Hindi and local language
  • Experience in collections preferred
  • Candidates based in or willing to relocate to Chennai preferred
